1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit/debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. We also accept PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Meta Pay.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your Brain Start Toys account and visiting the Order Tracking Page.
3. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and with all tags attached. For detailed information, please visit our refund policy page.
4. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@brainstarttoys.com. They will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Generally, orders are processed within 1-4 days and shipping takes between 10-15 days. You can find more detailed information on our shipping and handling page.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping?

8. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at contact@brainstarttoys.com within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
